Welcome to Bahujan Cinema. The Bahujan Cinema platform, mobile applications and website (collectively, the “Service”) are owned and operated by FILM INDUSTRY CREATION (referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “User”, “Subscriber”) and us. By accessing, browsing or using the Service in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age and competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to subscribe to the Service. Users below 18 may use the Service only under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on their behalf.

2. Account Registration

To access subscription content you must create an account using accurate and current information including your name, email address and mobile number. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts created using false information.

3. Subscription, Billing & Payment

• Bahujan Cinema is a paid subscription service. Access to premium content is granted only after successful payment of the applicable subscription fee.
• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Payments are processed through authorised third-party payment gateways including Canara Bank / NDPS (NTT Data Payment Services), Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, PayStack, Instamojo and Manual Bank Transfer. We do not store your full card or UPI credentials on our servers.
• If you opt in to UPI AutoPay or any recurring billing arrangement, you authorise us and the payment gateway to debit the agreed amount on each billing cycle until you cancel the mandate.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled by you before the renewal date in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• copy, reproduce, download, record, broadcast, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sub-licence or create derivative works from any content on the Service;
• circumvent, disable or interfere with any digital rights management (DRM), security or geo-restriction feature;
• use the Service to upload, transmit or publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, hateful or otherwise objectionable;
• share, sell or transfer your account credentials to any other person;
• use automated tools (scrapers, bots, crawlers) to access the Service;
• impersonate any person, misrepresent your affiliation or use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund, and may lead to civil or criminal liability under applicable law including the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

5. Intellectual Property

All films, series, audio, images, logos, trademarks, software, design elements and other content on the Service are the exclusive property of FILM INDUSTRY CREATION or our licensors and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to stream the content for personal, non-commercial use only.

6. Third-Party Content & Links

The Service may include links to third-party websites, services or advertisements. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, content, accuracy or practices of such third parties. Your access to and use of any third-party services is at your sole risk and subject to the applicable third party’s terms.

7. Content Availability & Modifications

We reserve the right to add, modify, suspend or remove any content, feature, plan or pricing on the Service at any time without prior notice. Geographic and licensing restrictions may limit the availability of certain content in certain regions.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service’s uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from errors, viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FILM INDUSTRY CREATION, its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 3 (three) months immediately preceding the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FILM INDUSTRY CREATION and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law or have engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct. You may terminate your account at any time by following the Cancellation Policy. On termination, all licences granted to you cease and any unused subscription period is non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. Before initiating any litigation, both parties shall attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through written notice within 30 (thirty) days.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after such posting constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
