(7)You agree that You shall not challenge, or assist others to challenge, the Bahujan cinema Brand Assets or the registration or ownership thereof by Bahujan cinema (except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law), or attempt to register any Bahujan cinema Brand Assets or other names, logos, marks, or materials.

(8)If you will do anything against Bahujan Cinema and "Film Industry Creation" or defame them or conspire against them, then legal action will be taken against you by Bahujan Cinema.

(9)Bahujan Cinema will not be responsible for any Content access, Availability or Streaming-related issue on any of Website or the OTT platforms offered as part of the subscription plan.

(10)Bahujan Cinema may not be able to provide access to the content due to hardware failure, network congestion or other issues.

(11)if You wish to use a bahujan cinema Brand Asset in any way not permitted under these terms , please submit a Request for Approval. In Your request, describe how and if Your use of the bahujan cinema Brand Assets would deviate from these Terms, and why such use should be approved by bahujan cinema. Bahujan cinema will consider the request, but does not guarantee any particular response time or approval.

(12)you will not use confusingly similar marks and Do not use the bahujan cinema Brand Assets, including any bahujan cinema trademark, in a manner that might create confusion about the ownership of the bahujan cinema Brand Assets.

(13)you will not register the bahujan cinema Brand Assets, including any bahujan cinema trademark, as domain names or as any part of a domain name.

(14)After paying for the subscription, you are only a subscriber of Bahujan Cinema and "Film Industry Creation". You have only the right to watch or listen to the videos or audio on the website or OTT. You are not a partner of Bahujan Cinema and "Film Industry Creation". You are also not an investor. And in future you will not take any legal action against Bahujan Cinema and Film Industry Creation in this regard.

(15)If any claim is brought by a third party for which a claim of indemnification is or may be provided hereunder, You shall provide prompt written notice to bahujan cinema. In such instance, bahujan cinema shall have the right to control the defense and/or settlement of any claim provided that the parties cooperate reasonably with each other in the defense of any claim, including making available (under seal if desired, and if allowed) all records reasonably necessary to the defense of such claim, and You shall have the right to join and participate (through Your own counsel and at Your own expense) actively in bahujan cinema's defense of the claim.

(16)If in future you try to defame Bahujan Cinema, Film Industry Creations or their owners through Facebook, YouTube, Whatsapp, Twitter, email or any other means of social media or other platform try to tarnish the image of Bahujan Cinema and if Bahujan Cinema suffers financial loss or damage due to these acts of yours, then Bahujan Cinema will be forced to file a defamation case against you.

(17)We may change our subscription packages / plans and the pricing of our service from time to time.

(18) You agree that Bahujan cinema shall be under no liability whatsoever to You in the event of non-availability of the Service or any part thereof, occasioned by any Act of God or force majeure event, war, disease, revolution, riot, civil commotion, strike, lockout, flood, fire, satellite/ internet failure, failure of any public utility, man-made disaster, or any other cause whatsoever beyond the control of Bahujan cinema.

(19)If you promote Bahujan Cinema on social media or promote it through any other platform to increase its subscribers, then Bahujan Cinema will not give you any wages or any profit or any commission for this work of yours.

(20)This Terms of Use contain the entire understanding between You and Bahujan cinema and supersedes all prior understanding between the User and Bahujan cinema in respect of the User's access and/or use of the Service.

(21)We reserve the right to migrate Bahujan Cinema Content to any other application, website, webpages (“Migrated Services”) and/or cease providing the Services pursuant to such migration. As a result of such migration, all Bahujan Cinema Content available on the Service, including without limitation your viewing habits, watch history, saved content, pages/titles viewed, load times, watch times, content selection, transactions initiated and/or completed, search queries, platform features used, other platforms or websites visited, etc. may be transferred to the Migrated Services. You agree and understand that upon such migration, your access to Bahujan Cinema Content will be governed by the terms and conditions of such Migrated Services. If You do not agree to such migration, your sole remedy is to discontinue accessing or using the Service

22) Apart from all the videos of Bahujan Cinema, any product of Film Industry Creation can be promoted in any video of Bahujan Cinema, on the banner of Bahujan Cinema or at any place on the stage of Bahujan Cinema. And to promote that product, Bahujan Cinema can send a message to your mobile via text message, email or WhatsApp or on any of your other social media platforms. You will not have any objection to this.

(23)The categories that are visible in the package at the time of subscription. We will make all these categories available to you from time to time after you subscribe. It is not possible for us to make all the categories available at once initially. Therefore, you should see only those categories that we make available. You will not put any kind of pressure on us in this regard.

(24)It has been observed through the demo that due to internal faults in some people's mobile, our website or our OTT platform does not work properly in their mobile because there is an internal problem in that mobile. If this happens to you. Then we will not be responsible for it. In such a situation, you get your mobile repaired or you can take advantage of the email ID and password you have created on Bahujan Cinema's website or OTT app by login in to another mobile.
