This Policy forms part and parcel of the Terms of Use.

(1)You should not give your OTP, ID and password to any other person without the permission of Bahujan Cinema. If you do so, then all the responsibility in respect of any incident will be yours.

(2) Bahujan cinema at its own discretion, reserves the right to add/delete any app/ content from the packs.

(3)Without taking written permission from Bahujan Cinema, if you record any kind of video or audio from Bahujan Cinema's OTT or website and upload it on any other platform. Or show it to other people through any platform. Then it will be considered wrong. Bahujan Cinema may have to suffer financial loss due to such actions. If you do this, legal action will be taken against you. And Bahujan Cinema will also be forced to file a defamation case against you.

(4)The content available to you under your respective subscription package shall be for your personal and non-commercial usage only. You are advised to use this service within your household only and not to be shared or distributed otherwise. Your right to access the content shall be limited, non-exclusive and non-transferrable. You shall not use this content for any commercial purpose including but not limited to for any public performances.

(5)While creating an account you will be required to share some of your personal information with us which will be used by us for the purpose of this Subscription Agreement and shall strictly be in terms of Privacy Policy. We may share this information of yours with third parties including the content providers on case to case basis for the purpose of subscription services only, which shall be used by them in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

(6)you will not register the bahujan cinema Brand Assets, including any bahujan cinema trademark, as domain names or as any part of a domain name.

(7)By accessing and/or using the Service, You signify Your agreement to accept this Policy. If You do not agree with any or all of the following terms of the policy, please do not access and/or use the service.

(8)If any work is going on on the website or OTT platform by a software engineer, then it is possible that we may not be able to provide you service during the time the work is going on. You should be prepared to face this problem without any objection.

(9)To provide you any kind of information regarding Bahujan Cinema, we can email you. We can call you on your mobile number.We can text message you. We can message you on WhatsApp. We can message you on Telegram. You agree to do this.

The Privacy Policy shall form an integral part of the Terms of Use and both these documents constitute the Terms of Use and a legally binding contract between Bahujan cinema and the User.

These terms of Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the India and be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Varanasi, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
